Sugar City, Idaho Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, March 18th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. before the Sugar City Planning and Zoning Commission online via ZOOM (link at sugarcityidaho.gov) and at Sugar City Hall located at 10 East Center, Sugar City, Idaho, regarding:

The new Development Agreement for Old Farm Estates located in Sugar City, ID. The new agreement is an update based on a revised master plan and a settlement agreement between the developers and the City of Sugar City.

All items are available for public inspection at Sugar City Hall during regular business hours.

At such hearing, the Commission will hear all persons and objections and recommendations relative to the development agreement. Written comment will be accepted regarding the proposed development agreement no later than March 15th at 4:00 p.m. at Sugar City Hall located at 10 East Center, Sugar City, Idaho 83448.

The public is invited to attend electronically or in person, as permitted per guidelines of the Eastern Idaho Public Health Department due to COVID. Public comment is encouraged.
