Registration is now open for the 11th Annual TATER TROT

     Saturday, October 9th, is the date for this year’s annual Tater Trot. You can now register at  Go to the page and follow the links. In order to get one of the cool t-shirts, you must register by the 24th of September.

The event was established 11 years ago to help the Community Dinner Table, “CDT” fund its annual Christmas box distribution for those in our community who needed help during the holiday season.  The CDT has helped nearly 4,500 families with a nice food box for Christmas over the last eleven years. The need is still here, and your help is needed now more than ever before.

After last year’s crazy Covid-19 pandemic the event will again be live and in person. We will have 5 and 10 K events for both runners and walkers.  There is also a kids ½ mile fun run. We will be using all Covid-19 protocol, masking in areas when you can’t maintain 6 feet distance and encouraging people to stay away if they are feeling sick.

10K walk                                           9 a.m.

5K walk at                                       9:30 am

10K run at                                       9:45 am

5K run at                                          10:00 am

Children’s half-mile run at           10:45 am

Baked Potato Bar                           11:00 am

Many of our local businesses have stepped up to help sponsor the event either in funds to help put on the event or prizes for the fabulous raffle following the race.
