All Makes of Grill & Smoker Units Welcome
Sets up starts at 7am
Meat inspection at 8am
Judging stats at 3pm
6 Ribs are needed for judging
a 10×10 space is provided for each participant
Must live within 60 miles of events
Alcohol free event
